Instructor Policy

  1. The Instructor shall perform duties deemed reasonable in maintaining the standard of education by which Logic Learning requires.  Instructors may devise methods that may be deemed effective in teaching.
  2. The Instructor is prohibited from completing homework/tests/assignments on behalf of the student. 
  3. The Instructor understands that it shall be his/her responsibility to maintain records of his/her students in order to monitor and evaluate the progress of their academic performance.  Logic Learning may request a student report from the Instructor at any time.
  4. At all times, the Instructor shall work to the best of his/her abilities in teaching his/her students efficiently and within the proper guidelines set forth by Logic Learning.
  5. It shall be the responsibility of the Instructor to maintain an environment in his/her class that is conducive for learning, including maintaining the behavior of his/her students during class.
  6. It shall be the responsibility of the Instructor to report any incidents happening during class hours to the Logic Learning board and shall make the earnest effort for the improvement of his/her students.
  7. Instructors may receive assignments or instructions from Logic Learning.
  8. Schedule – It is the Instructor’s responsibility to keep their schedule up to date at all times.
  9. All communication with the student shall be through the Logic Learning online Chat platform (Chat and Video Conference).  Instructors should not exchange personal email, phone numbers or any other non-Logic Learning Inc. contacts with the students or parents/guardians.
  10.  For every new student, the Instructor agrees to conduct the first session for free.
  11. Instructor is responsible to attend all scheduled classes and be ready at least 5 min prior to the start of class.
  12. Instructor is responsible for reliable internet with minimum upload and download speed of 10 mbps.
  13. Video and Voice must be tested and working before each class.
  14. The Instructor shall dress accordingly in a respectable and professional manner at all times.
  15. A headset must be worn if there are background noises. Example: dogs barking or children playing.
  16. A booked class session can only be canceled by an Instructor 3 times per year. If more than 48 hrs notice is given by the Instructor, there will be no financial penalty. If an Instructor misses a class and does not give the Student or Parent more than 48 hrs notice, the Instructor will not be paid for the missed class and will have to Teach the next class for 50% of the regular pay. Please note: If a student cancels a class with less than 24 hrs notice, the Instructor will still receive 50% of the pay
